• 'Platform' refers to the Ryne AI website, mobile application, and associated interfaces.
• 'Services' include Ryne Chat, Text Humanizer, AI Editor, AI Report, and other tools provided by Ryne AI.
• 'Customer' or 'You' refers to the individual or entity accessing our services.
• 'Coins' represent virtual credits used within the platform to access certain features.
• 'Subscription Plan' means the recurring paid plans granting access to premium features.

By accessing Ryne AI, you confirm that you:

• Understand and agree to these Terms.
• Use the services for personal or professional purposes but not in violation of any local or international laws.

Ryne Chat is a conversational AI designed to provide assistance in generating insights, answering questions, and creating content. However, it does not replace professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, or financial).

The Text Humanizer tool converts AI-generated content into human-like text to bypass AI detection systems. It is intended for academic, creative, and business purposes. Misuse of this tool for plagiarism or dishonesty is strictly prohibited.

The AI Editor enhances grammar, sentence structure, and overall clarity for content refinement.

The AI Report analyses content for originality and AI-generated elements. It is designed for compliance, transparency, and academic integrity.

The reports provided by Ryne AI are generated using AI detection tools. Some aspects of these reports are based on predictions, which are indicated where applicable. These predictions are formulated using our proprietary methodology to ensure accurate and insightful results.

Ryne AI is not liable for misuse of these tools, and you agree to use them responsibly.

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.

You are liable for all activities conducted through your account and must notify us of unauthorized access immediately at contact@ryne.ai.

• All fees are clearly displayed on our platform.
• Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party providers.

Refunds are only issued if:

• A request is made within 3 days of purchase.
• The account has not consumed more than 500 Coins.
• No more than 1 AI Report used.
• A 30% processing fee applies to refunds.
• Renewals of Subscriptions are non-refundable.

Validity Period: Any unused coins at the end of your subscription cycle will automatically roll over to the next billing period.

Expiration: Coins will automatically expire if the subscription has not been renewed.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree not to:

• Use our tools for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of our services.
• Upload malicious content (e.g., viruses, spyware) onto the platform.

Violation of these restrictions may result in account termination.

Ryne AI offers "unlimited" usage on certain subscription plans, meaning there are no fixed caps on your access or usage under normal circumstances. However, if your usage is found to be abusive, harmful, or intended to disrupt service integrity—such as through automated exploitation, malicious activity, or actions that negatively impact other users—we reserve the right to temporarily or indefinitely restrict, rate limit, or suspend your account. These restrictions may last for a day or for any period we deem necessary to protect the platform. Sharing accounts or using a single account for multiple individuals or teams is not permitted under unlimited plans; for such needs, please contact us to upgrade to the Ruby Plan or an Enterprise Plan.

Breach of the Fair Usage Policy (Clause 6.1) will result in account termination.

Ryne AI does not exclude liability for:

• Any fraudulent act or omission.
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of legal obligations.

Subject to this, Ryne AI is not liable for:

• Loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the contract.
• Business losses (e.g., profit loss) suffered if you are not using the services wholly or mainly for business purposes.

We also do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we accept liability for technical failures or downtime.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, together with the applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, including any non-contractual matters.

In the event of a dispute:

1. The parties agree to attempt an informal resolution through good-faith negotiations.
2. If unresolved, mediation will be considered as the next step.
3. Should mediation not succeed, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre – London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA), or the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) – Dubai, as mutually agreed by the parties.
4. If arbitration is not pursued, legal proceedings may be initiated in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms apply universally, but customers in the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia must comply with their local laws. Regardless, disputes will be governed by the jurisdiction of Dubai, United Arab Emirates unless overridden by mandatory local laws.

Our Privacy Policy, accessible on our website, explains how we handle your personal data. By using Ryne AI, you consent to these practices.

We use cookies to improve user experience and analyse platform usage. Details can be found in our Cookies Policy, available on our website.

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Any fraudulent or malicious activity.

You may terminate your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your access to services will cease immediately.

To expedite resolution and control costs, the parties agree to attempt informal negotiations for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.

If informal negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration can be conducted in person, online, or via written submissions. Costs will follow AAA rules, and we may cover excessive costs as determined by the arbitrator.

Location of Arbitration: Any arbitration will take place in the UK, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be brought to the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The following are exempt from informal negotiation and arbitration:

• Disputes concerning intellectual property.
• Allegations of unauthorized access, data theft, or privacy invasion.
• Injunctive relief claims.

Disputes must be brought individually, not on a class-action basis or in a representative capacity.

Ryne AI takes reasonable precautions to maintain the integrity of user data, including implementing routine backups. However, Ryne AI assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or corruption of user data that may occur during your use of our platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they maintain independent backups of any important data transmitted, stored, or otherwise used within the platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept that Ryne AI is not liable for any data loss or its consequences, whether caused by technical failures, user actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

By accessing or using the Ryne AI platform, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including but not limited to emails, notifications within the platform, or other forms of digital communication. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication, including contractual agreements, notices, disclosures, or other information we may provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address or contact information you provide is current and accessible. Ryne AI is not liable for any loss or misunderstanding arising from a failure to receive or read these communications.

The provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Ryne AI regarding the use of the Services, superseding all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Ryne AI. You agree that your use of the platform is as an independent party, and no fiduciary relationship is established through these Terms.

Ryne AI shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, cyberattacks, technical failures, or government actions.

Ryne AI reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of its Services at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Such changes may include but are not limited to adjustments to features, pricing, availability, or policies.

For material changes, Ryne AI will provide notice to users through reasonable means, which may include email notifications or prominent announcements on our website or Discord Server. Users are responsible for reviewing these updates, as your continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and notify Ryne AI of your decision to terminate your account. Ryne AI is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to review and comply with updated Terms and Conditions.

These provisions are intended to safeguard Ryne AI's flexibility in providing Services while ensuring transparency and accountability to our users.
